- My customers aren’t being stressed-out douchebags anymore. When people aren’t freaking out about buying presents and making it out of the holiday season alive, they are decent humans.
- No more of that annoying “There’s a war on Christmas!” and “Keep the Christ in CHRISTMAS” bs all over my Facebook and Twitter. I have a longer rant on this, but suffice to say that people are paranoid and ethnocentric, and my tolerance was wearing thin.
- Coworkers and fellow retailers (along with much of the rest of the populace) won’t complain about hearing Christmas music all the time. I must have a high tolerance for this or something, but I get more annoyed with people’s complaining than with the thing they’re complaining about.
Shame on everyone for making me not like a wonderful time of year!
Of course, the point here is that I’m actually sad that Christmas is over, but the fact that people can’t help but be assholes about the holiday somehow eases the pain of it.
