I’m a lush!

I love people. I love my best friend. I love my old friends. I love my husband’s family (it almost sounds evil to call them in-laws). I love traveling. I love home. I love good food. I love wine. I love Pilsner. I love to be social.

I suppose the best part of a drunk dial is how free I feel to tell the people I’m talking how I feel! Unbridled happiness to be a member of the “society” I have built around myself.

I may not be so articulate after drinking, but I am decidedly more honest, open, and happy for the people around me.

About Me

My name is Andrea. I am a newly-minted Pacific northwesternerner in Washington. I grew up in (and have a lot of pictures of) New Mexico. I live with my husband and my cats Rory and Otis. We live in Pullman, where my husband researches at the Institute of Shock Physics, while I have just left my job as a barista with a Master's Degree in Government (and am hoping for a career in that field now).

My passions are photography, cooking, and learning new ways to braid my hair. For 2013, I plan to make this an intensely personal blog and move away from the pop culture aspect of blogging that can be so addictive.
